"Whilst always having a love for writing since I was a child, I only started to write scripts in 2016. My first film as writer and director was a thriller called 'Pawns and Kings'. This was awarded 4 stars at Birmingham International amateur film festival. Since then I have written and directed 4 more films, including 'The Interview' that achieved 5 stars at BIAFF. I also wrote the script 'Art of Persuasion' for renowned award winning director Howard Smith. Working with Dawn till Dusk films has helped me to understand filming at a professional level and I look forward to making many films with them. My own aspirations are to make feature length films at a professional level that will be shown at cinemas and such streaming services as Netflix"

Apocalypse-Alan
InnOfTheSecondChance

A man who cannot escape his past. A future marked with doubt. Bravery comes in many forms, sometimes unseen. Love lost and found. Two brothers, one destiny.

Bitter to live in times like these. While God declines beyond the seas. Instead, man, king or peasantry, raises his gross authority. When he thinks God has gone away, man takes up his sword to slay. His brother; we can hear death’s door. It shadows the hovels of the poor. Like the old songs they left behind, we hung our harps in the willows again. Ballads of boys blow on the wind, their blood is mingled with the rain.

Story inspired by this poem by Hedd Wynn, a Welsh poet.

Yr Ysgwrn is a 19th-century Welsh farmhouse located near Trawsfynydd in Gwynedd, Wales. It is best known as the former home of poet Hedd Wyn (Ellis Humphrey Evans), whose death in the First World War and posthumous 1917 National Eisteddfod victory made him a national symbol of loss and remembrance in Wales.
